I obtained my NJ RE License in 1999 , Broker’s License & Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation in 2007 and E-Pro designation in 2010. I also obtained my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 2006, held by less than 4% of realtors nationwide. Prior to 1999, I spent 20 years in the Acctg. Dept. Of Budd's Pool Co., founded by my parents. President of Budd Realty, Inc. Since 2000, we proudly became part of Berkshire Hathaway Fox and Roach Realtors , a satellite office of the Mullica Hill office in July 2017 and was known as the NJ Budd Group located at 901 Cooper St Deptford. In Jan 2020 we officially became known as the Budd Group now part of the BHHS Mullica Hill South office, and relocated to 157 Bridgeton Pike Ste 100, Mullica Hill 08062. As team leader of the Budd Group, I am proud to work with my husband Ken, my asst /agent Kristine Bowe, daughter-in-law Nicole Yula, and the rest of the Budd group.
